I went to Tri-City originally after college, as it was who my brother had used for years. There has never been one unpleasant experience, the pricing is still the best when we've shopped around, and when we had a pair of recent incidents (first time in 15 years) with our house, both they and the insurance agency itself have been top notch. I cannot recommend them enough!
